Water-cooled spindle

All four enclosed models use water-cooled spindles. Manual models use ER20 at up to 24,000 rpm; ATC models use ISO20 at up to 18,000 rpm. Basic uses an air-cooled spindle.

Cutting-fluid system

Included on every enclosed model: a fluid tank, pump and filtered return to cool the tool and workpiece and help clear chips. Basic has no cutting-fluid circuit.

All models are in stock and available for pickup in China. We also offer international door-to-door delivery at an additional cost, subject to destination review.

Average 65 dB at 1 mRecorded during a documented cutting test at 18,000 rpm and 4,000 mm/min feed on the documented reference machine. Observed range: 50–75 dB; this is not a separate noise rating for all five models.

Two separate cooling systems. Basic uses an air-cooled spindle and has no cutting-fluid circuit. All enclosed models have spindle water cooling and a separate cutting-fluid system for the tool and workpiece.

Six-tool automatic changing. Both ATC models use an ISO20 pneumatic tool-change spindle and a six-tool magazine. Manual models use ER20 tooling.

Motion to match the model

Basic uses closed-loop steppers. All four enclosed models use EtherCAT absolute-value servos on X, Y, Z, B and C.

Harmonic rotary drive

High-rigidity harmonic reduction is used on the BC rotary platform.

Cast-iron options

Benchtop ATC and both floor-standing models use cast-iron frames. Basic and Benchtop use steel–aluminum hybrid frames.

The machine uses a standard G-code workflow and supports 3-axis, 3+2 and RTCP-capable five-axis operation. The controller includes a 10-inch touchscreen and handwheel for setup and operation.

Common buying questions.

Is this true simultaneous 5-axis machining?+

The platform supports 3-axis, 3+2 and RTCP-capable simultaneous 5-axis workflows. Final CAM and postprocessor setup must match the selected controller and application.

Which configuration should I choose?+

Basic is an open-frame learning machine with closed-loop steppers and an air-cooled spindle. The four enclosed models use EtherCAT servos, spindle water cooling and cutting fluid. Choose a benchtop model for a 100 mm workpiece cube or a floor-standing model for a 150 mm cube. Both ATC versions add a six-tool magazine and an ISO20 spindle.

Can it machine aluminum?+

Yes. Aluminum and other non-ferrous metals are within the intended material range. Tooling, feeds, workholding, coolant and part geometry determine the result.

Which models are intended for steel or titanium?+

Benchtop ATC and Floor-standing ATC are the intended choices. They combine cast-iron frames with 2.2 kW, 18,000 rpm, four-pole water-cooled spindles. Send the alloy, part geometry and required finish for a cutting review before choosing a machine.

Does a benchtop model fit on an ordinary desk?+

Check the load rating and installation dimensions first. Benchtop is 195 kg net and Benchtop ATC is 400 kg net. Choose suitable support and plan how the machine will be moved and unloaded.

Can I use my existing CAM software?+

The machine follows a standard G-code workflow. Tell us which CAM you use so controller compatibility and the correct postprocessor can be reviewed before quotation.

Can I collect a machine in China?+

All models are in stock and available for pickup in China. We also offer international door-to-door delivery at an additional cost, subject to destination review.

What are the shipping terms?+

You can collect your machine in China or request our additional international door-to-door delivery service, subject to destination review. Machines are packed in wooden crates. Freight, duties and taxes are itemized in the formal quotation.

What warranty and support are included?+

Configuration-specific warranty, remote setup support and spare-parts terms will be stated in the formal quotation before an order is accepted.
